Several years ago, I started youth academies as a hobby, simply out of passion for the sport and overseeing opportunities in academy football rising into the first team. I had to pause the on-growing project to focus on my own full-time paid career, but the idea never left me.

Now, I’ve reignited that passion and relaunched youth academies, this time with the vision of building something more sustainable for the future. At present, I run everything myself, noone else is involved. I collect weekly data, updating across academy football and updating across the whole website, all alongside my full-time job. While I don’t earn a penny from Youth Academies, it’s a project I pour my energy and commitment into because I truly believe in its potential all at the same time I really enjoy it.

This journey is about more than football, it’s about dedication, growth, and giving back to the sport that has shaped so much of my life growing up and still now, building not only my love for the game but also my understanding of what it means to be part of the football community.
